I laughed so much when I saw this the first time. I mean, it's a nice concept with a positive message of self-worth...or whatever...but the execution was a bit...misguided. I mean, couldn't it have been fireworks in the background with the subject bathed in light rather than little sparks flying out of her boobies and a birthing mother screaming at the fireworks on her belly? Not that I wouldn't scream, too, if I started to ignite and explode...
Haha! Right? Spontaneous combustion probably doesn't feel good. And they could have even placed the fireworks a little higher so that they came from the sternum. But I guess we shouldn't be shocked by Katy Perry anymore...
I think the titty fireworks are a bit much...however, the message of the video is great. I love this song and I do like the music video. It actually helped me gain more respect for Katy. However, Gaga will always be number one in my book.
Amen! I would love to go to her concert in March. But I think tickets are all sold out.
